For reference, this picture was taken before I left on a two-week vacation, a vacation I’ve been back from for at least three weeks.

This couch has been hanging out in the parking lot next to my building for close to two months, if not more. Sometimes, it’s tucked out of the way. Sometimes, it’s taking up as many as two spots.

My question: does this mean that the parking lot is free game? It’s the future site of Guns ‘n’ Roses Condos, so I don’t have a clue what the status of the place is. But if a couch can just hang around for months and months, I could probably park my car there with no repercussions for a few hours a day, right?

I might need to take this a step further if I really want to do this. I might need a car cover that will disguise my car as a couch. Because how do you ticket a couch? You can’t. It’s law.
